How to Take Your Measurements

1. Chest circumference:

The chest circumference is measured at the widest point of your chest and shoulder blades with your arms hanging down at your sides.

2. Wasit circumference:

The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest part of your waist. The measuring tape should be snug but not too tight.

3. Hip circumference:

The hip circumference is measured at the widest point of your hips.
