It's been longer than 3 business days since I placed my order — is that normal?
During sale periods, processing may take longer than usual. If your order hasn't been processed within 3 business days, please contact customer service for assistance.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Or directly via this link.
When will I receive my order?
Allow 1-3 business days for standard delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, contact customer service.
I do not live in the United Arab Emirates. Can I place an order?
Currently, AAPE AE only accepts orders from residents of the United Arab Emirates.

Where do you deliver in the UAE?
We deliver across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and beyond. Wherever you are, we’ll get it to you.
Which delivery options are available?
Standard delivery – 1 to 3 working days
Standard delivery Fee: AED 20
Free for orders over AED 499
Express delivery
Express Delivery Fee: AED25
Orders placed between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm will be delivered within 4 hours.
Orders placed after 6:00 pm and before 10:00 am will be delivered by 12:00 pm the next day
This service is only available for orders within Dubai.
For all other emirates, Standard Delivery service applies.

What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect lets you shop online and pick up your order from AAPE The Dubai Mall — free of charge.
Is there a fee for Click & Collect?
Nope. It’s completely free.
How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
We’ll send you an email once your order’s ready for pickup. Then just head to AAPE The Dubai Mall to collect.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You’ve got 14 days from the time we notify you.
What do I need to bring?
Show your order number (from the email we sent) and the card used for payment.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes — just make sure they have the order number.
Payment
Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?
We do not accept check payments or PayPal. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Tamara, ApplePay, and Tabby.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes! All prices shown on our site already include 5% VAT.
Return, Refund & Exchange
What’s your return and exchange policy?
- Full-priced items: Exchange within 30 days, return within 7 days, with the original receipt. Items must be unused, unaltered, and tagged.
- Sale items: Exchange within 14 days or return within 7 days.
- Final sale: No returns or exchanges on jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, or beauty.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7 days of return.

How do I return or exchange my online order?
Items bought online can be returned or exchanged within the eligible —either by courier or at one of our AAPE stores in the UAE.
In-store return or exchange
Bring your item and original receipt to Aape The Dubai Mall or Aape Mall of Emirates. Find the nearest store here.
Return via website
Log in to your account, click on your order and request a return.
How long do I have to return an item?
You’ve got 7 days from purchase.Applies to both full-priced and sale items.
How long do I have to exchange an item?
14 days for sale items.
30 days for full-priced items.
Counted from the date of purchase.
Are there items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
No returns or exchanges on jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, or beauty products.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we’ve got your return, refunds can take 2–15 business days depending on your bank.
We’ll email you when it’s on the way — your bank handles the rest.
I was refunded the wrong amount. What should I do?
Think your refund’s off? Call us at 800 233274 — we’ll sort it out.
Account
Do I need an account to shop?
No — you can check out as a guest. But if you’ve shopped with us before, your order history will still be saved using your email.
How do I access my account?
Click the account icon on our site and enter your email. We’ll send you a secure link to log in — no password needed.

Is a password required to log in?
Nope. Just enter your email and we’ll send you an OTP Code which will be valid only for 15 minutes.
I didn’t receive my login code— what now?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Try resending the code or use a different email you may have ordered with.
Can I update my personal details?
Yes — once you’re in, you can update your name and address from your account dashboard.
Can I update my email address?
Your email address can’t be changed directly — it’s your login ID.
